A Hard Federation

 

As of August 3rd, Beacon Hill High School and Bispham High School became a Hard Federation.

 

What does that mean?

 

A hard federation means that the two schools will have one Governing Body which will be responsible for the leadership and development of the schools. The Governing Bodies believe that the hard federation will improve the opportunities available to students and staff at the schools.
